Current Favourites (April 2018)

OK I KNOWWW I haven’t posted in a while, but that’s a story for another day because I am ready to get right into my new post: SOME MAKEUP AND SKINCARE THAT HAVE BEEN FAR ABOVE SUB PAR OVER THE PAST FEW MONTHS.

I don’t know if it’s just me, but I just can’t churn through products fast enough to have monthly favourites/have enough items to constitute a blog post, so I’m just going to write them as a mental list forms that’s so long that I have to write it down.

Some of the products I’m going to be talking about were kindly gifted to me (they’ll have a *) but as always, I’m not obliged to talk about them, I just love ’em so darn muchly.

Mecca Beauty Loop: Level 3 Jul 2016

Hai friends!

Just thought I’d do a little unboxing of the Mecca L3 box. Mecca is an Australian version of Sephora (even though we actually have Sephora…). Basically there are 3 levels – 1,2,3 (wow, really Meneka? You don’t say). The more you spend, the higher the level. Every period, they give out a box of samples based on your level.

Mecca Cosmetica: To Save Face SPF 50+ Superscreen

Welcome to my blog post about sunscreen. Yes, sunscreen. Sounds boring right? NOT THIS ONE! (Well at least I think so.)

Mecca Cosmetica (our Australian version of Sephora… even though we have Sephora) have an amazing range of beauty and skincare products. They have everything from nailpolish and lashes to hand cream and eye cream. In one of the latest Beauty Loop (rewards/loyalty) boxes, we received a sample of the Mecca Cosmetica To Save Face SPF 50+ Superscreen. I honestly was disappointed when I saw this, as sunscreen is usually thick and white which makes my face look grey. BUT then I tried it and was super surprised!
