Ottoman3 Brow Threading Service and Product Review

When I was younger, I would never have guessed that eyebrows would become such an important part of my life. I never knew they needed to be “on point” or “fleeking”. I just knew I had to have 2 of them!

My usual routine is to get them threaded and then keep them clean by tweezing any stray hairs. I never pluck from the top because I’m afraid of over-plucking so I need a threading ever month or so.

Embarrassingly enough, my eyes tear up when I get my threading done. When my right eyebrow is getting done, my right eye leaks. I don’t know why and no I am not crying!!

Real U Australia Skin Care range

You know what I’m talking about. It’s all over instagram!  Skin care WITH OUT “benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid“. But what does that even mean? What has benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid ever done to me for me to banish them from my life?

Monthly Round Up: September Favourites!

So what have I been liking lately?

  MAC Fix+

Okay so I know I have only had these for a week but these are great. I have horrendously dry skin and my foundation can look dry and stick to the patches on my face. [stay tuned for a full review and uses blog post coming up]

Mecca Beauty Loop: Level 1

So, today I went to pick up my Beauty Loop box whilst I’m on holiday in Sydney! I didn’t want to wait until I got back in fear of missing out or being later than the cutoff date (i feel like i’ve read somewhere that they stop giving them out after Aug 5th but that may just be me). This is my first ever Beauty Loop box (“omg whut but you’re always at Mecca!” IKR!) and I’m only a Level 1 (“but but you buy so much makeup how are you only level 1!”). I buy most of my makeup online and only go in store for complexion products like foundation and concealer which are rare purchases.

Anyway so let me break this down.

Vanity Planet: Spin For The Perfect Skin Reveiw

So I bought this thing. I don’t even know how to explain it apart from ‘it’s an electric toothbrush for your face…and body’. The Vanity Planet store spin, is supposed to be an affordable version of the Clarasonic or Purasonic cleansing machines. Unfortunately I have not tried either of the two machines, so this review will discuss the pros and cons of this machine itself.

Priceline Skincare Gift Bag 2015!

Yesterday I went on a mission. A mission to spend $69 on anything skincare just to get the goodie bag worth $400… Yes, I forced myself to spent money just so I could get free stuff… So technically not free, right?

Priceline, an Australian drugstore – nay, THE Australian drugstore, holds a few of these gift bag “sales” every year – Hair Care (I’m pretty sure but may be mistaken), Make Up and Skin Care – and people go absolute cray cray over them. This is the first time I have ever been caught up in this hype because I truly believe it is WORTH IT this year!
